1. When are the items delivered?
Orders from this website to all areas of the UK, with the exception of Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, are dispatched within 24 hours. We have 2 delivery options, Standard and Next Working Day. The standard delivery can take between 3 to 5 days to arrive. If you choose our Next Day service, orders need to be received before 1pm. Goods will be delivered the next working day any time between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Our next working day does not include weekends & public holidays. A signature will be required therefore someone needs to be available to receive the delivery.
 
We are not liable and will accept no responsibility, consequential or otherwise, for late deliveries which are caused by our couriers or agents.
 
2. What are the delivery charges?
Our standard delivery (UK Mainland) is just £3.95. The Next Working Day delivery cost is £9.75. Delivery to other areas of the UK will cost extra. Please contact us for the correct delivery cost.
 
3. Order cancellations and charges?
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you legally have 7 days to cancel an item or return it for credit. This does not apply to customised goods.
 
4. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Customers from outside the EU will need to contact us before purchase. International payments can only be made via bank transfer. We do not accept Western Union.
 
5. Can I purchase if i am not based in the EU?
Yes however you will need to contact us. For the purpose of security and fraud prevention, international customers can only pay by direct bank transfer.
 
6. What if i am not happy with the goods?
We have a no quibble 14 day returns policy. As long as the goods have not been used or unpacked, you are welcome to return them for a full refund. The postage cost to return the goods will need to be covered by the buyer. If your goods have been customised, returns will not be accepted unless the fault/error was caused by us. In this case, will either send you a replacement or refund you in full.
